Our sources have confirmed that MJ composed the music for Sonic 3.

Late last night, we received an anonymous tip that MJ and Brad Buxer were locked in a room, by Kevin Smith, along with Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, and at least one other hedgehog, with no sandwiches, and forced to write the soundtrack for the Sega Genesis classic.
